We ate green eggs and ham to start our day out lucky!
Lucky for us these little leprechauns were ready for a pinch of school...on such a fun Holiday.
After school there was a scramble to get corned beef and cabbage and Irish soda bread made before I had to run off to the church for Activity Days.... I missed our annual hunt for the pot o gold... but rest assured they found it!
