disclaimer: Mikey, DO NOT read this post...
Sweet Abby is getting married in a month... and is stressed with the planning. I told her that for me once we found the dress it was all down hill from there.... she didn't look convinced. So i asked what kind of dress she was looking for. All of a sudden it hit me... i have the perfect dress for her. Mine? No, mine was just so plane, borderline boring and, well, traditional... very "me".
Now.... this gem i found at an antique store... Is very "Abby".
it was so stunning that i couldn't pass it up, who could, i mean really, it is beautiful! Circa 1920-40... (the antique dealer wasn't sure.) Embossed silk, rouged sleeves, and the intricate hand sewn beading....
I love weddings, i love dresses...And i love a match made in heaven, (both the happy couples, and the bride and her dress). And i LOVE the joy that the best 25$ i ever spend will bring to Abby. Yeah, I said 25 bones...the dealer was moving to another shop, talk about an amazing close out sale, or should i say clothes out ..tee hee.
Congrats Abby and Mikey!!!
Ps Abby, the email address i have for you isn't working... you can copy and paste the pictures from here though.... let me know.

TWENTY FIVE?! That's it? Wow...that is incredible- and it does look like a match made in heaven! How exiting for you BOTH! ...especially her! She's a lucky gal.
I can't beleive she gets to wear that dress for her wedding!!! So amazing!!! Is it just me, or does it fit her almost perfectly? So meant to be!
ummm...that dress is AMAZING.
seriously.
wow.
she is beautiful!
YOu are an amazing shopper! And I love the dress!
You are the only person I know that would buy a wedding dress just for the heck of it. It's a good thing you did because it looks great on her. Just a few alterations and it will be great!
It's so so so beautiful! I can't believe it was only 25 bones!
