That's right my peeps, "it's ba-ack"... i have documented yet another dress up session. The Mr. is hunting again, so i have been spending my nights alone reading amazing books...
what, you've never heard of them? you must read them... you must!!! my new all time favorites! Sadly all good books must come to an end.
Soooo, after being inspired by the hats i made for a tea party Kaylen was attending,
i decided to play dress up all by my very own self. This is THE best way to spend a lonely night! some one on one time with your favorite wardrobe essentials and suddenly... not quite so lonely.
these are my newest fall faves...
suede, leather, olive green, AND a huge bow? srsly how is that not the cutest bag EVER?
And these shoes...

NOPE. oh but i will, cause i waited for these suckers to go on clearance...and they finally did. from 150-10$. All things come to she who waits, or to she who stalks Marshalls....
k, so, I am currently obsessed with vintage hats and red, no i mean RED lipstick... totally going to sport them both this winter...
would you still be my friend if/when i wear them in public?

Can you believe the sales associate tried to sell me this top as a dress!?! what does she think my name is skanky skankerson? AS IF!!!
when i wear this suit i feel like i may as well be wearing a sign on my back reading, " HAPPY FALL EVERYONE!". Tell me that's not like a walking billboard.
Sadly I thought i would document what i wore on a daily basis... i got 2 days into it and decided...this is too hard!
I guess my motivation to not spend every day looking like this failed.
oh well. *sigh* frump mom it is.
Now's the fun part... critique me please. what is your favorite, and least favorite? Do you like my hats? (please say yes.) can i get away with RED lips?
PS. my 100th post is coming up... meaning we're ALL going to be celebrating with another girlie give away! I know you can hardly wait... me either!

My favorite is the white dress with the boots. Love it! And I love the new shoes - so hot.
Oh. My. Gosh. Soooo fun! This makes me miss you so much...no one else will play dress up with me. :( Where do you even get red-red lipstick? I have been wanting some for years, but anything that says it's red looks orange on me. Of course....I only look at Target, which may not have the best selection. Tell me where to look & I will sport the red lipstick too, because it's HOT! The hoursehound jacket might be my fav. I would love the plaid jacket, but the sleeves are a little too daring for me (plus my hands get so cold sleeves like that just don't make sense to me). I love the suit-dress, but be careful...you might get called to relief society wearing somthing that classy :) I love your hats...but couldn't imagine wearing them in public. Only if I was with you, Valley!!! My least fave is frump mom...she looks too familiar. Thanks alot...now I need to go shopping!!! jk. PS. Thank you SOOO much for the books. Kevin finished HG last night, but he doesn't know if he wants to read Catching Fire until the next one is out :):):)

The Red is a definite yes! The Black "dress" now that was funny at the store. the vitage look is amazing and i would wear it al!! But could Carson City handle the fashionista? I cant wait to come up and play with the hats! My mom and i just got a box full at a wonderful garage sale and a couple of purses too! i wish we lived next to each other so we could dress up together! MISS U! LUV U! hope the Mr. comes home soon!
I LOVE the white dress and boots. That has to be my very favorite. I like the hats, but the white one is a little too poofy. I think of popcorn. I love the plaid hat, but I wouldn't wear the extra hair accessory with it. It is cute on it's own. Love the suit! Man I wish I had money to shop and maybe I would come close to looking as cute as you do!

Negative on the hats--for high fashion, totally.......but for anything else, probably not. I vote the white dress too! So cute! I want to go on your next shopping spree! You can dress me! :) :)
